A large 75 sqm car wash is located adjacent to the fueling area, offering convenient vehicle cleaning services. In addition, a 31 sqm administrative office is provided for station operations, while parking and circulation space ensure smooth traffic flow.

First Floor
The first floor is designed for the comfort and efficiency of staff and management. It includes a 31 sqm office space for administration, alongside a 31 sqm staff area dedicated to employee use. This floor is connected by a spiral staircase, providing easy vertical circulation between the operational and administrative levels.

Roof
The roof is a flat structure covering the fueling area. It houses essential service access points for utilities and ventilation systems, ensuring functionality while maintaining a clean architectural profile.
